About me
Kelli Lancaster brings over 36 years of experience in Career and Technical Education, with a strong focus on workforce readiness and student success. She spent 21 years as a media broadcasting instructor before transitioning to the role of Work-Based Learning Coordinator at the Anderson Districts 1 & 2 Career and Technology Center in Williamston, South Carolina. In this role, she led the implementation of the Microburst Learning EmployABILITY Soft Skills curriculum across 22 programs, impacting both students and instructors.
Kelli has presented at numerous state and regional conferences, as well as the ACTE VISION conference. She is also a returning presenter at the NCLA Best Practices Conference, where she has shared her expertise for the past three years.
A passionate advocate for career development, Kelli was honored with the 2022 ACTE National Award for Counseling and Career Development Professional. She currently serves as the Business Development Coordinator for Microburst Learning, partnering with educators and industry leaders to strengthen the connection between education and employment.
Kelli is an active member of ACTE and SCACTE and continues to present nationally on soft skills and work-based learning.
