About me
Ryan Rarick is an educator, instructional coach, and passionate advocate for developing the next generation of teachers. Based in Washington County School District, he teaches the Education pathway and serves as Learning Coach at Career Tech High School, where he supports new and early-career teachers in building confidence and self-efficacy. Ryan also teaches concurrent enrollment courses with Utah Tech University, connecting high school students to college-level experiences in education. Beyond the classroom, he leads the CTHS Educators Rising chapter, empowering students through work-based learning, competitions, and leadership development. As a Utah Teacher Fellow and doctoral candidate at Utah State University, his research centers on instructional coaching and teacher self-efficacy, bridging scholarship with practical classroom strategies. Ryan is committed to helping teachers see their impact, find joy in hard work, and create supportive learning environments where all students can succeed.
