In this session, industry leaders from ASE, AutoNetTV, and Wrenchway will share insight into what employers are looking for today and how educational institutions can better align curriculum, certification pathways, and training methods to meet those needs. Administrators will learn how modern credentials, video‑based instruction, and industry partnerships can improve student engagement, career readiness, placement rates, and long‑term success while strengthening connections between education and the workforce.
